Samosas with yam, cauliflower and walnuts

Ingredients: 

1 c soaked walnuts   
1 head cauliflower   
1 yam, peeled   
1 onion, diced   
1 zucchini, diced   
1 lemon, juiced   
1/2 c peas   
2 TBSP curry   
2 tsp celtic sea salt or nama shoyu   
2 cl garlic   
pinch of cayenne, habanero or jalapeno if desired

Directions: 

food process the nuts and garlic to a paste
process the yam and califlower to a puree
Mix with the nuts
Mix in the rest of the ingredients
form into a triangle
dehydrate 3-9 hours at 95 degrees
