A great summer salad when the tomatoes are fresh off the vine.

Ingredients:
8 Roma Tomatoes
12 lg mushrooms
1/4 c olive oil
1/2 c fresh basil, minced
2 lg cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tsp chopped onion (optional)
Directions:
slice mushrooms and tomatoes.
Place remaining ingredients in a small bowl & mix,
Pour over the tomatoes and mushrooms.
