Vinegar and oil zucchini dish
Ingredients:
1 extra lg zucchini
1 C extra virgin olive oil
1 c cider vinegar
2 TBSP minced garlic
Directions:
slice and chunk zucchini
put everything in bowl and mix
stir well
put in fridge for at least 1 hour to chill
stir and serve
