Tastes just like Marzetti's Slaw Dressing

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c light olive oil
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 c agave nectar
1 1/2 tsp mustard powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp Xanthan gum (an emulsifier)
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions:
put all ingredients into a glass jar and blend with a stick blender
or use a VitaMix and blend until creamy
