Seaweed salad with a little heat from the ginger

Ingredients:
Wakame soaked and chopped
Hajiki soaked and chopped
2 carrots, grated
mustard greens, ripped to bite sized
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
DRESSING
1 c sesame seeds
3/4 c olive oil
1 TBSP sesame oil
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 c nama shoyu
1 TBSP fresh grated ginger
Directions:
Combine all the salad ingredients
