A copy of the cauliflower salad from the cooked world

Ingredients:
1 head cauliflower
1 lg handful of baby carrots
1 small handful of raisin
1 small handful of pecans
Directions:
Break up cauliflower into small pieces
process carrots in food processor with 's' blade to grate
chop nuts into small pieces
toss all together in bowl with favorite dressing
at food group the dressing was Vidalia onion/honey/herb
