Vanilla type of pudding

Ingredients: 

1/3 c pitted soft dates or 4-6 TBSP maple syrup   
2 c fresh coconut (or soaked dried)   
1 TBSP non alcohol vanilla   
2-4 TBSP coconut water (or pure water)   
garnish 2 tsp fresh nutmeg 

Directions: 

blend or food process until smooth   
granish with nutmeg
