Fudge balls, just pop in your mouth

Ingredients: 

1 pound pistachio nuts (not soaked)   
1 c golden raisins   
1 c dried apples   
2 TBSP agave nectar   
1/2 tsp nutmeg   
1/2 tsp sea salt   
carob powder or coconut flakes to taste 

Directions: 

blend first 6 ingredients in food processor for 2 minutes until thoroughly mixed.   
take about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball   
repeat process until mixture runs out   
Roll in carob powder or coconut flakes or freeze so not so sticky   
yields about 15 balls
