Ingredients:
Salad
5 cucumbers peeled and thinly sliced
1 red onion diced
2 bunches of dill, stems removed, then chopped
Dressing
1/2 c raw apple cider vinegar
1/2 c olive oil
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1 TBSP sea salt
5 cloves garlic, peeled
Directions:
Salad
combine all ingredients and toss to mix
Dressing
blend until smooth in a high speed blender or VitaMix.
Pour over the salad
mix well and let marinate or serve immediately
