Pumpernickel Rye Essene Bread

Great for making sandwiches

Ingredients: 

makes 1 lg flat loaf
2 c sprouted rye
1 1/2 TBSP minced garlic
1/4 c olive oil
1/3 c raw carob
1 TBSP Caraway seeds
1 1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
If you want raisin bread add a bit less caraway and 1 c raisins

Directions:

I assume you blend in a food processor until fairly smooth
shape into a loaf or patties and dehydrate
