Ingredients:
3 c broccoli florets
1 c broccoli stems, skin removed
1 1/2 c pure water
2 TBSP freshly squeezed lemon
1/2 c cashews
1/2 c celery, sliced
1/2 c onion, chopped coarse
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp dried dill
1 TBSP Nama Shoyu
2 TBSP nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp dried thyme
Directions:
place everything in blender, blend gradually, low to high speed
high speed for 40 to 50 seconds
