Legume Sprout Medley

The sprouts are finely ground in this recipe so if you don't normally like sprouted legumes this might be for you

Ingredients: 

1 c mung beans, sprouted   
1 c lentils, sprouted   
1 c green peas, sprouted   
1 red bell pepper, diced   
4 stalks celery, diced   
1 small onion, diced   
1 TBSP white miso   
1 TBSP olive oil

Directions: 

sprout mungs, lentils and green peas together until has 1/8 in tail   
this will only take a day or so   
process in food processor just enough to achieve a crumb consistency   
add remaining ingredients and let marinate for 4 hours before serving
