A bounty for the taste buds, all different yet somehow melding together

Ingredients:
3 lg grapefruit, sectioned and membranes removed or 5 oranges
1/4 c macadamia nut oil
1 TBSP lime juice
1/2 tsp salt
2 ripe avocado, sliced or diced
1 lg fennel bulb, sliced thinly
1/4 c mint leaves, julienned
ground pepper to taste
toss all gently, chill to let flavors set
