Nori Rolls

These were the best tasting nori wraps I've ever had

Ingredients: 

raw nori sheets
EZ Nori Filling  http://www.livinghiho.com/recipe/ez-nori-filling
thin strips of carrot
thin strips of cucumber
thin strips of bell pepper
slices of avocado
sprouts of your choice
shredded cabbage or lettuce (optional)
chopped cilantro (optional)

Directions: 

cut a large sheet of nori in half
spread about 3 TBSP of filling along one of the narrow ends, 1/2 inch from the edge
lay all your veggies on top of the filling
roll the nori away from you, sealing the edge with a little water at the other end

Serve with Nama Shoyu and wasabi
