Ingredients:
3 peppers, one each red, orange and yellow, thin sliced
1 lb frozen mango pices, chopped in food processor
3 small sweet onions, grated in food processor
Sweet Pepper and Onion Sauce
1 c olive oil
1/3 c red bell pepper
1/3 c onion
3/4 c vinegar
2 TBSP pine nuts
honey
blend and pour on salad or use as a dip
