Ingredients:
1 pineapple
3 mangoes
1/2 c goji berries
1/2 c chia seeds
juice of 3 oranges
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp pink salt
10 fresh mint leaves
Directions:
place chia seeds and goji berries in orange juice to hydrate
cut up remaining fruit
combine in large bowl
add soaked items
some additional fruits to add or substitute are
papaya
star fruit
kiwi
pomegranate
apple banana
