Fun to make with children

avocado, carrot
Ingredients:
6 avocado
2-3 c finely grated carrot
1 med onion diced fine
3-6 cloves garlic, minced
2-3 lemons juiced
pinch cayenne
braggs or celtic sea salt to taste
Directions:
cut avocados in half, scoop out of shell and save the shell.
Mash to semi-smooth texture, mix in the rest of the ingredients.
Do not mix in blender or vita mix.
Spoon into the shells, top with a pinch of cayenne
