Almond cream to eat as is or use in other recipes to make flavored puddings

Ingredients: 

1 C almonds soaked 5 hours or overnight
Maple syrup to taste

Directions: 

scald and peel, blend well until creamy, adding water as needed
add small amount of maple syrup or honey and 1 tsp of vanilla
