Almond Flax Crackers

Really crisp crackers, great flavor

Ingredients: 

3 c almonds soaked 12-48 hours   
4 c carrot pulp   
6 c flax soaked or ground   
1 c fresh parsley, chopped   
4 stalks celery finely chopped   
1 red pepper finely chopped   
1 red onion finely chopped   
2 tsp sea salt   
1/2 to 1 TBS cayenne   
 

Directions: 

process in food processor
spread 1/4 in thick and score
dry 6 hours turn dry 6-8 hours
makes 9 full trays
