Apple Buckwheat Cookies

Nice flavor, the buckwheat makes them a bit pasty feeling for me but not so bad I wouldn't eat them

Ingredients: 

1/2 c walnuts   
1 apple   
1/2 c sprouted buckwheat   
1/2 c raisins, soaked at least 1 hour   
1/2 c dates, pitted and soaked   
1 tsp vanilla   
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions: 

in a food processor grind the walnuts until fine   
add all the rest of ingredients and blend well until smooth   
form into cookies shapes and place on a mesh dehydrator screen   
dehydrate at 105 degrees for 8-10 hours
