Apple Crisp with Crumb Topping

Apple crisp with the crumble topping


2 apples peeled and thinly sliced  
3 TBSP fresh lemon juice 
2 apples peeled and chopped  
1/2 c pitted medjool dates, soaked 
1/2 c raisins, soaked  
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 
2 c crumble topping, see recipe


toss the sliced apples wi 2 TBSP of lemon juice and set aside   
Put everything else in blender and blend til smooth, mix with the sliced apples   
To assemble: press 1/2 c of the Crumble Topping into an 8" sq pan   
spread the apple filling on top   
Using your hands, knead pieces of the remaining Crumble Topping until they stick together.   
Lay these pieces on the apple filling to form a cobbled appearance   
serve at room temp or warmed in a dehydrator at 105 degrees for 30 minutes
