Banana Macadamia Nut Fudge Cookies

Very rich and very delicious cookies

Ingredients: 

1 c dates, soaked   
1 c almond pulp from making almond milk   
1 c macadamia nuts chopped   
3 +/- bananas, chopped

Directions: 

blend dates and almond pulp until smooth   
add rest of ingredients   
form into cookie shapes and dehydrate for 2-4 hours on teflex sheet at 105   
flip and remove teflex   
dehydrate 8-10 hours more
