pate, sunflower seeds
Ingredients:
3 C sunflower seeds, soaked 8-12 hours and sprouted 2-4 hours
1 c lemon juice
1/4 c Braggs
chopped garlic to taste
Directions:
in a food processor process all until smooth
store in a covered container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
Yields 6-7 cups
