BBQ Chicken Fingers

Maybe not quite like chicken but it has a nice flavor and mouth feel.

Ingredients: 

2 c carrots
2 c sprouted lentils
3/4 c orange juice
1/4 c onion
4 TBSP olive oil
2 TBSP honey
1 1/2 TBSP curry
1 TBSP poultry seasoning
2 tsp sea salt

Directions: 

in a food processor, (not a VitaMix) process the carrots until diced
add in all the rest of the ingredients
process until well blended (not completely smooth, but more grainy looking)
pour onto teflex sheets in an oblong 2x4 mound (do not make them too thin as they will crack apart)
dehydrate at 105 degrees for 10 hours, flipping half way through if possible

NOTE: these will seem a little soupy before you dehydrate them, just pour them out and try to build them up as much as possible,  you don't want them to be paper thin. It is very very important to use the right amount of orange juice.
