Crunchy with a spicy kick
Ingredients:
5 c beet greens, torn
1 c daikon radish, peeled and shredded
1 c spinach or romaine leaves
1/2 c shredded beet
1/2 c pumpkin seeds, soaked 1 hour and rinsed
2 tsp lime or lemon juice
2 tsp dried basile
1 tsp agave, palm sugar or honey
1 tsp dried thyme
6-8 red radishes, sliced
freshly ground balck pepper
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all and toss
