The Best Applesauce Pie

Truly the best raw apple pie I have ever had. Tastes like the pie my husband bakes with out the heat

Ingredients: 

CRUST
1 3/4 C Almonds
1 1/2 C dates
1 T water
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp psyllium
dAsh cinnamon
Filling
10-12 apples, peeled, cored, cut up
2 C dates, pitted Medjool are the best
1 C raisins
2 tsp cinnamon
2 T psyllium

Directions: 

Crust
Soak almonds 12-36 hours, pat dry.
Chop nuts in a food processor until
fine, add dates til fine, add all but psyllium until holds together,
slowly add the psyllium, then immediately press into 9in pie plate,
Filling
process all but cinn and psyllium in juicer with a blank.
If not at least 6 cups add more apples and process again.
Transfer to food processor or blender and process until very smooth, add cinn
then gradually add the psyllium until thoroughly mixed.
Pour into crust
cover and refrigerate.
