Very full bodied cole slaw. Takes a little time to make but is worth it in the end. Slightly spicy

cabbage, broccoli
Ingredients:
1 lg head red cabbage
1 bunch broccoli
1 red pepper
1 sml/med sweet onion
chop all fine
2 carrots shredded
3 cloves garlic pressed
1 avocado pureed with 1 T lemon juice
3 T olive oil
2 T balsamic vinegar
2 drops of stevia or sugar
couple dashes each of:
Mrs Dash extra spicy
oregano
basil
spike
salt to taste

combine all in a large bowl
