Simple slaw with a mild flavor

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 c red cabbage, finely chopped/sliced   
1 1/2 c green cabbage, finely chopped/sliced   
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced   
1/2 c flat leaf parsley, chopped   
salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

toss with dressing to taste not measured   
extra virgin olive oil   
apple cider vinegar   
lime juice
