Cabbage Salad with Cumin Vinaigrette

Cole slaw with a new flavor

cabbage, cumin, carrots
Ingredients: 

1 med cabbage, finely shredded
4 carrots, grated
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 C celery, finely chopped
1/2 C red bell peppers, finely chopped
1/3 C flax oil
3 T lemon juice
1 T Braggs
1 T whole cumin seeds (I used powder)
2 cloves garlic minced

Directions: 

combine 1st 5 in large bowl.
In jar combine the rest, shake, pour on salad and mix well.
Let marinate in fridge for 2 hours before serving
