Wild edibles salad with a spicy taste from the watercress

lambs quarter, purslane, cabbage
Ingredients: 

1 smll green cabbage head
1 c sprouts
1 c lambs quarter leaves
1 tsp thyme
1 c purslane leaves
1/2 c lime juice
1/2 c red or yellow peppers
6 TBS olive oil
1/2 c red onions
1/2 tsp celtic sea salt
1 c watercress

Directions: 

Chop to bite sized pieces
mix with a large spoon
