Ingredients:
Dry ingredients
1 c pecans
1/2 c almonds
1/2 c coconut
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch sea salt
Caramel Ingredients
1 c soaked dates
1/4 c of the soak water
2 TBSP coconut oil
1 TBSP almond butter
2 tsp vanilla
1 c oatmeal
Topping
2 sliced apples
1/4 c pureed dates
Directions:
Dry ingredients
pulse chop to fine consistency
Caramel ingredients
blend with the dry ingredients
press into a pan
Topping
toss together to coat
place on top of bars
can either refrigerate or dehydrate to warm
