Carob Chia Pudding

This recipe is a sweet ending to your meal

2 c water
1 c cashews, soaked
3 TBSP carob powder
2 TBSP honey
1 TBSP vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 c chia seeds
2 ripe bananas, sliced


blend cashews and water until smooth
add everything but chia seeds and bananas and blend
stir in the chia seeds and banana slices
cover and refrigerate overnight
