Carrot-Apple Bars

Very delicious, everyone wanted this recipe immediately

Ingredients: 

Crust
2 c ground pecans
5-6 medjool dates
1-2 TBSP coconut oil
1-2 TBSP maple syrup

Filling
4 organic apples, cut into chunks
6-8 medjool dates
1-2 TBSP coconut oil
1-2 TBSP maple syrup
1 carrot shredded

Directions: 

Crust
Combine in food processor until nuts and dates are finely chopped
press into oblong cake pan
put in fridge

Filling
combine all but carrot in food processor until small chunks
add carrot and blend for 20 seconds or until well combined
place on top of the crust
put back in fridge until time to serve
top with chopped cashews or pecans before serving
