Cashew Fudge

Delicious fudge

Ingredients: 

2 C cashew pieces
1/4 c cacao powder
2 TBSP mesquite powder
1 TBSP carob
2 tsp maca
1/4 c coconut nectar or maple syrup
1/4 c coconut oil or cacao butter - melted
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt

Directions: 

Combine dry ingredients in food processor with "S" Blade
Add sweetener while processor is running and follow with coconut oil
Roll into balls or press into a casserole dish and cut into squares
Fudge will harden when placed in the refrigerator
