Chili Veggie Stew

A hearty chili that can be used in wraps as well

Ingredients: 

1 zucchini, chopped
4 med to lg tomatoes, diced
2 TBSP sun dried tomatoes, diced
1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
2 C walnuts, finely chopped
2 TBSP chili powder
1 TBSP tumeric
2 cl garlic
3 TBSP dulse powder
2 TBSP ground kelp powder
splash of red wine balsamic vinegar
splash of ume plum vingar

Directions: 

Combine all and let stand for seasonings to meld
Is also great served on a kale wrap
