Adapted from Alissa Cohens recipe. Excellent dessert
1 cup of walnuts
1 cup of raisins
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 c cocoa powder
¾ to 1c macadamia nuts
¼ - ½ raw agave to taste
¼ c raw cocoa
1 tsp vanilla.
Grind the walnuts into flour like consistency in a food processor
Add the raisins and continue processing
Add vanilla and cocoa powder and process until mixed
When it forms into a ball of chocolate take it out of the food processor and press it into a circular shape of a cake.
In the food processor blend macadamia nuts to a fine powder
add the avocado, raw agave, raw cocoa, and vanilla.
Blend until smooth and spread on the cake
