Creamy Cabbage Rolls

Cabbage wrapped around a cream filling.

Ingredients: 

Wrapper:  
2 lg or 4 sml red or grn cabbage leave 
Cream Sauce:   
1/2 c cashews  
1/2 c macadamia nuts 
1 tsp braggs  
1 tsp water 
Filling:   
1 c cauliflower, finely diced  
1 zucchini, shredded 
1 carrot, shredded  
1 onion, sliced 
1 red bell pepper, sliced  
1/2 c lettuce, sliced 

Directions: 

Cream Sauce:  
blend all in food processor, til creamy 
Filling:  
combine all in large bowl 

Assemble:  
lay cabbage leaves out flat   
in each leaf put a small amount of filling   
top with cream sauce   
roll up the leaves
