Sort of like the sour cream tomatoes and cucumbers but with olives instead of onions
Ingredients:
3 lg tomatoes, chopped
3 cucumbers, sliced
1 c raw pitted olives, sliced in half
Dressing
1/2 c raw cashews
1/4 c raw goat feta or avocado
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp miso
Directions:
Blend dressing ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour over salad and
stir well.
Makes 2 fairly large servings
