Great recipe because it has a base and then you choose the rest to taste

Ingredients:
1 c sunflower seeds (soaked or not)
1/3 c lemon juice
1/3 c olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
Blend until smooth and creamy
then add:
1-2 c chopped greens of any kind, spinach/spring mix/dandelion work well
1 c chopped celery
1/2 - 1 c chopped onion
1-1 1/2 c other chopped veggies like cucumber, broccoli, olives, peppers
tomatoes (the goal is for 4 or more cups total)
use to stuff pepper, tomatoes or roll into Nori
