Great dip for veggies or crackers
Ingredients:
1 lemon juiced
1/2 c fresh parsley
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp dry dill weed
2 stalks celery
1/2 tsp oregano
3 cl garlic
1 c cashews soaked at least 1 hour
Directions:
process in blender or food processor until creamy
