A truly creamy delight

Ingredients:
CRUST
1 c almonds
5 figs
1 TBSP coconut oil
1/2 c chia meal
1 TBSP honey
FILLING
2 c cashews
2 TBSP chia seeds
1 tsp organic butterscotch extract
3 lg pears
1/3 to 1/2 c raw honey
2 lg TBSP coconut oil/butter
Directions:
CRUST
Pulse chop to fine in food processor, press in pan and chill
FILLING
blend in food processor or blender, pour into the pan over the crust, garnish
with pears that have been sliced, tossed in lemon juice, sprinkled with cinnamon
