A really great treat that competes with dairy pudding.

Ingredients:
2 cups of maple syrup
4 medium avocados
1 cup of carob powder
Directions:
Put the maple syrup in the blender container and start it blending so there
is the hole down the center. Next add the carob into the hole to minimize
it sticking to the sides. Last add the avocadoes.
Blend until fluffy.
