Fermented Vegetables


A mixture of veggies and sort of pickle taste


5-6 cucumbers cut up   
2 TBSP mineral salt (sea salt)   
stir together let sit 4-24 hours    
then add   
1 c chopped sweet onions   
1 c carrots, cut bite sized   
1 c red peppers, cut bit sized   
1 lg cl garlic, pressed   
2 TBSP ground hot red pepper 


mix well   
pour into 1 qt canning jars   
let stand for 3 days at room temperature
