Garlic Sesame Cracker


A pretty cracker with the brown and white and goes with lots of dishes

1/2 c flax seed   
1/4 c sesame seeds   
1/2 lime juiced   
1 tsp garlic powder   
1 tsp sea salt   
1 c water


soak the flax seeds and sesame seeds in the water overnite
Process the ingredients in a food processor
Spread the mixture on a teflex sheet with a little bit of olive oil to lubricate the sheet
Do not spread too thin as these crackers will be very crispy when done and too thin will break real easy
Dehydrate at 105 degreesfor 5 hours, then flip over and remove the teflex
Continue to dry until desired consistency
