Classic gazpacho soup

Ingredients: 

1/2 c water
1/2 c olive oil
5 large ripe tomatoes
2 cloves garlic or spicy pepper to taste
1 TBS raw honey (dates or raisins)
1/4 c lemon juice
1 tsp sea salt
1 bunch fresh basil

Filling in the soup
1 large avocado
1 med bell pepper
5 stalks celery
1 small onion

Directions: 

Blend the first ingredients, being sure to use ripe and flavorful tomatoes
Chop the filling items into bite sized pieces
Mix both and serve
Sprinkle parsley on top for garnish
