A thin, bronze-colored soup broth made with sweet yellow onions

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Thai coconut water
1 1/2 c pure water
1/2 yellow onion, roughly chopped
2 cl garlic, peeled
1/2 c fresh lemon juice
1/4 c olive oil
1/4 c Nama Shoyu
Directions:
In a high speed blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour into a serving bowl
using a ladle, remove and discard any foam that rises to the top
