cheese, dip, spinach
Ingredients:
1 c basic seed cheese
1/2 c black cured olives, pitted
1 lb spinach
1 clove garlic minced
1 TBSP fresh mint chopped
1 lemon, juiced
Braggs to taste
Directions:
wash and chop spinach (can be chopped in the Cuisinart)
Coat with braggs and lemon juice
let sit one hour
add olives, garlic, mint and seed cheese
toss well and serve
