Delicious cheese for crackers or veggie dip
1 c basic seed cheese
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c black cured olives, pitted
1 T fresh mint chopped
1 lemon, juiced
wash and chop spinach (I chopped it fine in the Cuisinart)
Coat with braggs and lemon juice.
Let sit one hour.
Add olives, garlic, mint and seed cheese.
Toss well and serve
