dehydrated to make them soft these are great little pop in the mouth treats
1 small package of whole mushrooms
1/3 c cashews
1-3 cl garlic
1/3 c fresh cilantro, packed
1/3 c basil, packed
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 c tomato
1 tsp sea salt
wash and stem the mushrooms, lightly coat with olive oil and let stand while preparing the rest
Put everything except the tomatoes and mushrooms in food processor
pulse until fine, like a pesto, will have to scrape down the bowl a couple of times
add the tomatoes and pulse again until it is blended in, not too much, don't want a puree
stuff into the mushrooms
place on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 2-4 hours
serve warm if possible
if you do not have a dehydrator put your oven on keep warm, leave it cracked open and put it in there.
