Ingredients:
1 bunch dinosaur kale (lacinado kale or really any kind of kale)
Make it a big bunch because it really shrinks down
1 lg tomato, diced
1/2 c hemp nuts
1 TBSP olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 c onion, diced
Directions:
remove main part of kale stem and finely chop leaves into bowl
add salt
massage well until kale wilts
add lemon and massage again
add tomato and hemp nuts
mix well
pour the oil over all
the order you add ingredients is crucial, if you add the oil too early the kale will not wilt
